This presentation will provide insights into evidence-based strategies for managing ADHD, anxiety disorders, PTSD, mood symptoms, and associated medical complexities through an integrated approach combining psychiatry and lifestyle medicine. The presenters will lead a discussion on their clinical approach to evaluating and treating ADHD, anxiety disorders, OCD, PTSD, mood symptoms, and co-occurring medical conditions using a combination of psychiatric care and evidence-based lifestyle interventions. By understanding the role of dual medical-psychiatric evaluation in diagnosing and treating these conditions effectively and exploring the impact of life style modification on mental health outcomes, participants will gain actionable knowledge about managing complex mental health conditions holistically, while understanding how integrating psychiatric care with lifestyle medicine enhances overall well-being.
Dr. Amber May is a double board-certified child, adolescent and adult psychiatrist specializing in ADHD, anxiety disorders, PTSD, and mood symptoms across all age groups.
Dr. Jehu Strange integrates family medicine with lifestyle interventions to address medical complexities alongside mental health concerns.
