Although the State budget passed, what impact, if any, will there be on schools?  Jenni Hansen of Hansen & Cleary, LLC will present on the recent updates regarding State and federal funding for schools.  She will also speak on recent case law updates impacting special education staff and students.

Jennifer L. Hansen is a partner with the law firm of Hansen & Cleary, LLC.  She focuses her practice on the areas of special education law, mental health law, bullying investigations, and child welfare matters, among other areas, and acts as a Guardian ad Litem, Child's Representative, and/or Attorney for the Child.  She also provides consultative services to schools, represents mental health providers, and is a trained mediator and a frequent speaker on these topics.
